What is your return or exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry, and we offer a warranty of 2 years from the original purchase date. If your jewelry becomes damaged or defective during this time due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

If you approve the estimate, we'll provide you with instructions on how to send your jewelry to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with repairs that are not covered by our warranty.
Once we receive your jewelry, we'll carefully assess the damage and perform the necessary repairs. Depending on the extent of the damage and the materials required, repairs may take up to 8 weeks to complete. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your repair throughout the process. Once the repair is complete, we'll ship your jewelry back to you with a tracking number.
